Based in Shanghai - China, Sino Sea Capital is positioned as the gateway between the Chinese and International oil services & shipping sectors. We provide business management and consultancy services to Chinese companies who are looking to access opportunities internationally, and to international clients looking to tap on opportunities and capital from within China. Our clients include shipping and offshore owners, operators, yards, investors, and leasing companies. Our strengths lie in our understanding of and insight into the Chinese landscape, as well as our strong relationships with companies in our sectors.

Founders & Partners

Per Didrik Leivdal | Co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Sino Sea Capital

Per Didrik is co-founder of Sea Capital Group, CEO of Investment banking at Sea Capital and is a Norwegian citizen residing in Singapore since 2006. Per Didrik has almost 20 years of experience in investment banking in the shipping, offshore, oil & gas industry. Prior to joining Sea Capital, he started his career in Pareto Securities in Norway in 1996, was founding partner and CEO of Pareto Securities Asia in Singapore from 2006 and CEO of RS Platou Markets (Asia) in Singapore from 2010. Per Didrik received his Masters in Economics and Business from Norwegian School of Business and Administration.

Ng Ee Shen | Co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Sino Sea Capital

Ee Shen is co-founder of Sea Capital Group, Managing Director of Investment Banking at Sea Capital and is a Singapore citizen residing in Singapore. Ee Shen has more than 10 years of experience in the shipping, offshore, oil & gas industry in the areas of investment banking and ship-owning. Prior to joining Sea Capital, he was Managing Director & Partner of Pareto Securities Asia, Director of RS Platou Markets (Asia) and Director of the Kontiki Shipping group. Ee Shen received his B.Engg in Marine Engineering (1st class Honours) from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK.

Adrian Siew | Co-founder and Chief Representative of Sino Sea Capital

Adrian is co-founder and Chief Representative of Sino Sea Capital and is a Singapore citizen residing in Shanghai since 2009. Adrian has more than 10 years of experience with the A.P. Moller Maersk Group in Supply Chain Logistics, Liner Services and Sale & Purchase brokerage within the shipping industry. Prior to joining Sea Capital, he was Head of Maersk Broker’s Shanghai office and he started and headed Maersk Broker’s Vietnam operations from 2006. Besides being M.I.C.S. certified, he holds a degree in Economics & Politics and an Executive MBA with China Europe International Business School. Adrian has concluded second-hand, newbuild and chartering brokerage transactions in excess of USD 1 billion contract value. Adrian has also been named as 2012 Best Practice Shipping Individual by the Shanghai Pudong government.
